Our Specializations

FAMILY LAW:
Family law regulates the legal relationships of people who are connected to each other by marriage and family relations.  The issues involved in family law disputes should be taken very seriously and significantly impact the lives of my clients.  Family law matters are often exhausting on the parties and very emotional.  As such, you need an attorney who will aggressively represent, protect, and defend your rights under Florida law.

CREDITOR ISSUES:
A myriad of issues may arise for Florida consumers dealing with debt and creditors.  All too often it is the banks and lenders that are responsible for creating issues for Florida consumers by engaging in predatory lending practices and dealing with consumers in bad faith.  Hundreds of mortgage foreclosure cases are filed every day in Florida.  Shockingly, in the all too recent past, certain banks and lenders were exposed for taking illegal shortcuts in mortgage foreclosure proceedings.  Additionally, various types of collection and contract dispute cases are filed every day in Florida.  Shockingly, prior to filing contract dispute and collection lawsuits and continuing thereafter, creditors violate Federal and Florida law when attempting to collect debts, including violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act ("FCCPA").  As such, you need an attorney who will aggressively represent, protect, and defend your rights under the law.

Bankruptcy is a viable option for many Floridians dealing with creditor and debt issues.  Whether the issues involve being over-extended, suffering a loss or reduction of income, divorce, or falling victim to the predatory and bad faith dealings of many creditors, bankruptcy may be able to provide you with a "fresh start" and allow you to begin rebuilding your credit rating for the future.  Importantly, banks and lenders spend millions of dollars on lobbying efforts in attempt to limit and restrict consumers from obtaining bankruptcy relief.  Additionally, banks and lenders often spread false information regarding the effect of consumer bankruptcy on the ability of debtors to rebuild credit and obtain credit in the future.  As such, it is important to retain an attorney that is experienced with the bankruptcy laws to represent, protect, and defend your rights and to help you achieve your goals and objectives.
